Consultation & Planning

Every project starts with a clear conversation. We meet on site to understand your goals, evaluate existing conditions, and identify constraints early. Details matter, so we take the time to clarify layout, materials, timelines, and expectations before anything moves forward.

Proposal

Once the project details are clarified, we define the full scope of work and prepare a clear, written proposal. This includes the agreed-upon work, pricing, and timeline so there are no assumptions or surprises once the project begins.

Build Phase

Work is completed according to the agreed plan with an emphasis on craftsmanship, efficiency, and jobsite organization. We coordinate materials, manage sequencing, and keep disruption to a minimum while maintaining high standards from start to finish.

Final Walkthrough & Completion
